We took a Facebook Ads client selling medical devices from an average 396% ROAS and $110k sales monthly revenue to 764% ROAS and $322k sales by month 6 of active management. We doubled ad-driven traffic by identifying key customer personas and customizing the ad experiences for each one with fast-paced and structured A/B testing. This successfully increased ad click through rates by 400%, reducing customer acquisition cost before we even got to optimizing the sales process and site experience.

We were able to further increase site sales by analyzing & correcting customer drop offs on the site and revising the acquisition funnel structure structure, based on detailed heatmapping and user-session reviews. We were able to take the onboarding flows from a 25% completion rate to a 33% completion rate with design updates alone.

In 12 months, we took a high end luxury brand that was selling an average of $2.6k/monthly (really just one dress a month) to $100k+ digital sales months with a combination of site optimizations and highly advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, maintaining an average of 671% ROAS from both platforms. We’ve not only grown digital sales quarter over quarter, but year over year as well.

The best part is that after 5 months of advertising with us, the ad campaigns started yielding MORE profit (not just revenue) than 3 of their highest traffic (and top selling) retail locations combined. Our next milestone goal is to hit consecutive $200k+ digital sales months.

As a result of our success with the brand’s digital presence, we’ve started running local awareness and appointment booking ads for all the brick & mortar retail locations as well. Since we started running those ads, we’ve tracked and additional $20k/month in sales via ad-booked appointments with a ROAS of over 500% on just tracked revenue. While we’re unable to track foot traffic, we’ve received feedback from the store directors that foot traffic and untracked calls have increased since ads started, based on the fact that people verbally mention the social ads bringing them in.

We worked with an organization that brings awareness to the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program and connects people with local service providers who would be able to get them setup with a free ACP device and service plan. This team had previously run ads on their own with little to no success and wanted to spend <$2,000 in the first month just seeing what we could do for them.

In 2 weeks, we relaunched their campaigns with optimal targeting and negatives farmed from their prior trials. Within 3 weeks of launching, we were able to generate a staggering 22.4% conversion rate with a $6.06 cost per lead (a 94.2% reduction from their previous attempted campaigns).

In less than two months, we performed a 180 with the sales trajectory of a clothing brand with 3+ years of declining sales and branded search volume history. When they started with us, they were in their 16th quarter of declining sales. We conducted thorough market and historical research to identify new target market segments, created an entirely new marketing funnel + content from scratch, revised their email drip campaigns and re-designed their newsletters, and conducted a CRO analysis of their site for improved visitor retention.

We ultimately grew their brand reach by 1500%, earned a 200% ROAS on incremental spend, reduced site bounce rate by 22%, and improved check out rates by 17%. All of this resulted in a 38.67% year-over-year increase in ad-driven purchases and a 20% increase in sales revenue for the first time in 3 years.

We worked with an organization that was trying to make a name for itself in the highly competitive VPN and digital security space. They had struggled in the past year to scale ad spend without astronomically raising cost per customer because they lacked proper creative or site optimization.

We worked with them to redesign the site, optimize site content and accessibility, and rebuild their ad campaigns in 30 days. Once we relaunched at 2x their average monthly spend from the prior year, we were able to achieve a 61.24% reduction in CAC thanks to improved keyword, interest, and negative targeting in conjunction with the site updates. All that resulted in a whopping 238% increase in conversion rate that we were able to maintain for 6 months as we scaled spend 400% in the first 2 months.
